    • Show Title:  The Duff Beer blimp flying overhead flashing its slogan "Drink & Bet Responsibly".
      Billboard and Chalkboard Gags:  None.
Couch Gag:  Homer is alone already seated on the couch with snacks placed all over the room, watching Super Bowl XLVIII.  Then Bart sneaks in, swipes his 6-pack can of beer from the night table, goes outside, and tosses it upward where it gets caught on a line of electric wires.  Homer searching for the beer, sees it on the wires, then climbs up a tree to retrieve it.  However, he gets shocked any time he touches it, and the sequence continues as the game progresses into the evening.  Homer can only hear the action as he keeps getting shocked and Springfield's electricity is affected.  It's apparently a close game as the announcer says it comes down to a final field goal attempt.  But the end result is unknown as the town's power goes out altogether.  Once that occurs, Homer is finally able to get his taste of beer.
