Reaper Madness''Death comes to the door of the Simpson home looking for Bart. A la a Benny Hill chase the family tries to elude Death. Homer kills Death and suddenly the world is without death. No one can die. Homer puts on Death's robe and suddenly finds himself "The Grim Reaper." He starts doing the job until he has to kill Marge. He gets out of the reaper job by pleading with God, but then he "pulls a fast one" on him by substituting Patty's body for Marge.''''Frinkenstein''Homer gets a call telling him that he's won the Nobel Prize, only the call is really for Professor Frink. So that his father might partake in the awards ceremony, Professor Frink reanimates his father's corpse. His father's corpse escapes and goes on a killing spree to collect some replacement body parts. At the awards ceremony in Stockholm the Professor's father tries to make amends with his son for his recent organ harvest, until he sees all the brains filled with knowledge and rampages through the audience. Professor Frink, Jr. stops his father but is able to hold onto his father's soul.''''Stop the World, I Want to Goof Off''Bart and Milhouse get hold of a stopwatch that actually allows them to stop time. They are having a great "time" and almost get away with it, until they are outsmarted by the mayor. On their run from the angry mob, the watch breaks and they are the only two moving in a world where time has stopped. Despite an easy to follow manual for watch repair, it takes the pair 15 years to get the watch repaired and for things to almost get back to normal.moreless
Reaper Madness: This was by far the best segment of the three. There were so many funny moments, most notably Lisa\'s \"My Dad\'s Job\" presentation, Homer & Bart at the baseball game, and Homer killing Patty instead of Marge.
Frinkenstein: Another good one. It was funny to see (or rather, hear) Jerry Lewis doing the voice of Frink\'s father (as Frink is based upon him). I thought the murderous rampage bit was a little extreme, but otherwise good. Stop The World, I Want To Goof Off: Another good segment. Much like the previous two, there was a lot to laugh at. All of Bart & Milhouse\'s pranks were good, and them taking 15 years to repair the watch was funny. Overall, this was a great Halloween episode, the best for several years, and a very good start to Season 15. moreless
Reaper Madness: When death arrives at the door asking for Bart, Homer knocks him to the ground creating a world without death. Homer puts on death's cloak and suddenly he is asked to perform his duties. Homer has fun with his new job until asked to kill none other than Marge. 5/5 Frinkenstein: Professor Frink wins the Nobel Prize but is disappointed when his father can't be there to see him. He reanimates him ala. Frinkenstein, but his father is disappointed that he has no vital organs. He runs around town stealing organs from the townspeople. 3/5 Stop The World, I Want To Goof Off: Bart and Milhouse order a "watch that stops time" which does as it promises. When they use the watch for nothing but cruel pranks, the townspeople end up onto them. When the watch breaks in freeze mode, they spend several years living by themselves while they try to fix the clock. 5/5 Overall- 13/15 A great Halloween installment and definately a must see for any Simpsons fan.moreless

This episode is another installment of treehouse of horror and starts with Reaper Madness: A reaper comes to the simpson's home and tries to kill Bart but Homersaved Bart andkilled the reaper and so now no one can die so then Homer becomes the reaper and is supposed to kill Marge But he cuts off half of her hair and put it on Patty and killed her then he became Homer again.Frinkenstein: Frink brings his dad back from the dead and his dad goes around town killing people and taking body pats from them and then his dad flies to stokholm to see Frink Get a Nobel prize for his hammer/screw driver Then his dad takes 5 people's brain and then Frink kills him again. Stop the world I want to goof off: Marge finds a box of comics from the 70's and Milhouse and Bart look through them and find ads and they buy a stopwatch that stops time so they go around town and play a bunch of tricks on people so te Mayor has to do something about it he finds out it was them and all the people in town are chatching them when Bart taps the stopwatch he drops it and it breaks then it took 15 years for them to find out how to fix the watch they do and then they put a kid (forgot name)in front of the crowd and start time they both are a lot older so then Lisa gets the watch and messes with it. I loved this episode!moreless
We learn that Professor Frink can get seasick easily, even when taking a shower.
Edit
Jerry Lewis' appearance as Dr. Frink's father is even more hilarious when you consider that the character of Dr. Frink is based on one of Jerry's most famous characters, The Nutty Professor.
Edit
When Frankie the Squealer is being shot but not killed, he decides to call his wife to tell her he'd be home late. But if the evening had went as planned, he definitely wouldn't have been coming home at all, so a call would not have been necessary.
Edit
This episode was nominated for the 2004 Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Dramatic Underscore).

The third segment, "Stop the World, I Want to Goof Off.", has precedents. In 1962, John D. MacDonald published a novel titled The Girl, the Gold Watch & Everything, which featured a watch that could stop time. The following year, The Twilight Zone aired episode #124, 5-4, "A Kind of Stopwatch," which featured a time-stopping watch, and introduced the idea of breaking the watch, leaving the protagonist stranded.
In 1980, MacDonald's novel surfaced as a made-for-TV movie starring Robert Hays and Pam Dawber. Several TV critics, unaware of the publication date of the novel, accused the movie's producers of plagiarizing from The Twilight Zone.

(Lisa asking about Frink, Sr. when she first sees him.)Lisa: Did a shark do that?
Frink, Jr.: Yes. He was testing out a new blood-based sun-tan lotion.

Homer: Death! Death! We miss you so much! You were a busboy in the restaurant of life. Clearing away the oldies and the sickies and the junkies. And you made NASCAR racing exciting!
Edit
When Death arrives at the door in Reaper Madness, he says "I AM DEATH!" using the same tone and gestures as Death in the film "Monty Python's Meaning of Life."
Edit
Reaper Madness is also reminiscent of Piers Anthony's 1983 novel On a Pale Horse, in which the main character inadvertently kills Death and is then forced to take its place.
Edit
Homer: Does this mean that they will never cancel the Jim Belushi show? Homer is referring to the Jim Belushi sitcom According to Jim that premiered in 2001.
