  • With Springfield being the only place in America to get a white Christmas, tourists roll in to the "delight" of Springfield.

"White Christmas Blues" is a high point of season twenty five. There are a lot of clever sight gags in this episode. I very much liked the brief glimpse of Patty and Selma dressed as The Miser Brothers. Kudos to "The Simpsons" for the reference to one of my favorite Christmas specials. However in order to see all of the mentioned sight gags, you have to record this episode or see it on On Demand especially when Bart is playing the videogame. However sight gags are not the only reason why this episode works well. It have a very well written script. There is a lot of clever dialogue in this episode. Overall, "White Christmas Blues" is an episode well worth watching. Make time for it if you can. Merry Christmas!
  • Christmas Carol A Phobia

Marge Simpson has a phobia where she believes that all Christmas carols should only have one verse, no more. Glad they didn't touch my favorite carol (12 Days of Christmas) or it would be just A Partridge In A Pear Tree.
