  • Steve boldly goes nowhere.

Yeah, another 'NASA-episode', but... a troubled one...

Steve Austin is asked to evaluate a collegue's behaviour. Astronaut Josh Lang (Played by William 'Kirk' Shatner) hasn't been himself since his return from space. Crazy Josh now has a super charged brain, is fascinated by electricity and speaks maths with dolphins. Hmm.

Going in all directions (ecology, cosmology, aliens, brain waves, even childhood regrets), this far-fetched story is no help for the director, who clearly has a hard time keeping it believable.

Even colonel Austin can't help his friend. From pleasantly disturbed, Josh has evolved to a dangerous killer.

It would have been great to see Shatner have a different take on the space traveler, but the script doesn't allow him to go beyond his hysterical self. What a waste!

We get to see a nice collection of track suits though.moreless
