After a promising start, this episode falls flat halfway.

Steve go's to Spain in search of a scientists daughter. What nobody else can, our hero does in a twink of an eye. After some amazing bionic guitar play and a bit of ESP mambojambo, they find themselves in Florida, peddling their way to the inventor and his laserweapon. Kidnapped but brainwashed the man needs a lot of convincing. All ends well but not for the useless villains who meet a cruel but silly end.

The episode contains many good elements, Spain, ESP-ability,

laserweapons and the Florida marches, but all are badly underused in this pointless story.

One thing makes this a must see : For the first time the bionic eye gets a sound effect! (That's why Steve uses it all the time...)
