Lina and Gourry, having successfully run away from the town that Lina destroyed, now find themselves hunted down by a remaining member of the Dragon Fang. He is Zolf, a man wrapped in bandages, due to a fireball from Lina. This "Mummy Man" is out to capture a priceless item that Lina stole, and is out also for revenge. Will he succeed? Or will Lina give him a dose of her power?moreless

- Lina: Trolls
  
  Lina casts a spell on some trolls in this episode by simply touching them, causing their healing power to turn back on itself whenever they got hurt. A troll's healing power is so great (this spell turns that around) that a little scratch would destroy the troll's entire being.
  
  We never see this spell again for the remainder of the series.

- Store Keeper: Enchanted Knife
  
  The enchanted knife had a cheap spell on it to make it sharper and whomever uses it gets very aggressive.
  
  In this episode, a store keeper was put under its spell and ends up attacking Lina. The spell only breaks once the store keeper's overbearing wife yells at him for being lazy.

  This quote is referring to the incident in the Slayers movie: Explosion Array, where a duplicate, or mirror image, of Lina was produced during Lina's early travels with Naga. According to the end of the movie, the "twin" still exists and is somewhere in the Slayers world "Saving the Dragons".
