Goof: When Lina sees the tablet on the ground glowing, it is whole, with no broken pieces. However, when she picks it up, one of the bottom corner pieces is missing.

Sylphiel: Psychics
Although she is normally known as a priestess, Lina refers to Amelia and Sylphiel as psychics.
In this episode, Sylphiel is asked to tell Lina and company which direction to take (as the path they were traveling on splits into two paths). Instead of some mystical divination, Sylphiel simply has to upright her staff, and pick whichever path it points to when it falls.

Lina: (mimicking, twiddling her fingers) Well I, uh, think...MY ASS! It's just another dead end!
Sylphiel: Funny, isn't it?
Lina: Real funny. -
Lina: And it got pretty hairy when Zangulus had ANOTHER final showdown with Gourry.

Tiiba: Oh, no. Lord Rezo never let me in on exactly what his research was.
Lina: Really? You really don't know?

Gourry: So what happens if there's another stairway in here?
Lina: I turn violent.
