    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • Zanaffar: Sword of Light

This is where the Sword of Light got most of its fame. Zanaffar was like a living miasma. A miasma that continued to be a miasma long after its death. Only the swordsman of light was able to kill the Demon Beast.

      • Lina: Headband
We learn that Lina's headband can prevent mind control via gems in the forehead. Nevermind that spirits can still possess her.

    • QUOTES (5)

      • Eris: (pained) Why?
Rezo: I'm afraid that you've misunderstood all this. I'm the one who has gained the power Rezo left behind. Meaning that you have just become a liability.

      • Eris: Lord Rezo, a prisoner of his own despair and half mad, tried his one last hope in the legendary philospher's stone. And so, he left me behind and went out to find it. And then...!
        Zelgadis: Totally misplaced resentment.
Eris: (crying) Silence! It still does not change the fact that you took Rezo from me! How could you possible understand how I felt when I came to find out that he was dead?!

      • Lina: (to Copy Rezo) Am I right, you overgrown puppet?!

      • Lina: You created those other copies in your lab and implanted those magic gems to control them. Not bad work for a third-rate sorceress who can't do anything by herself. But in the end, a copy is just a copy. You couldn't get him to work the way you wanted. And so to create your perfect copy, you went after Rezo's legacy. But you needed the sword of light to break the seal. I'm right, aren't I?

      • Zelgadis: You think, after we beat the real Rezo, we'll lose to a copy?!
Copy Rezo: If you truly believe that, you'd better think again, my friend.
