I thought that it was a step up from the first episode of the season, but is still lacking a long term story arch to really sink your teeth into. Tony and Juniors relationship is one of the shows most complex and I thinkt thats where this episode really gets some points for the writing. There was a time when Tony would have shot Junior to death and now he is carrying him out of his house to take him to the hospital for falling down in the shower. What the long term gameplan of Tonys mother is I dont know. I cant quite figure out her importance to the characters in their current state. She played a large role in the first season as far as shaping the dysfunctional family that is the Sopranos but Im failing to see any reason for her to be alive that much longer. Overall, Id say the epsiode was your average, typical Sopranos episode. Nothing amazing but nothing so bad that it was painful to make it through the entire hour.moreless

Not alot of action but fills up the time with great drama

In this episode we learn what I wanted to know last season but wasn't sure. Who was the real rat of the organization? While there were hints, the show didn't exactly lead us to who it really was. Only that one of the bosses was an informant and nothing else. I like how Tony lays down the law but is still kind to his uncle. I like how Tony sort of mixes the crews around a little with him taking on one of Juniors. Even after everything happening we still se Tony kind enough to rush his uncle to the hospital.moreless
