But I liked Christopher (*sniffle* Why did he have to die?!) too....and Paulie. Paulie always makes me giggle even when he's serious.

I have to say Paulie who just cracks me up all the time. Easily, the funniest character of the show, although Uncle Junior has his moments as well.
Chris and Tony are both up there as well for how interesting and complex the characters are. To make you go from kind of feeling bad for them one second and hating them the next.
