I thought the reference to everyone having their own baggage was absolutely perfect. Everyone, has baggage. Good, Bad and Indifferent. In this case Molly has discovered that Zach has some and it's about to possibly affect her in more ways than one. Liz has her own but is also aware of her husband. The difference with Liz is that's she willing to accept it, because she's still in love with her husband and has something to prove. Rodney is dealing with baggage but trying to figure out if he needs to be or not. Kenny and Molly have their own and it's making a reappearance. Where's Joan when we need to control the chaos. At this point I think she'd be the only normal one and Joan's not even close to normal....moreless
