  • Great cast...okay story

    8.0
I figured I was going to be having a lot of fun with this one just by looking at the cast. I mean, the guy from All Quiet on the Western Front, Albert Salmi and Joyce Van Patten playing a couple, and then there's Coopersmith. And of course the interior of the place was a story by itself. Unfortunately though the resolution turned out to be a bit of a fizzler. Good that they never actually showed the troubled-brother guy. I was still left wondering what happened to the girl 30 years ago (then again, maybe they did explain that somewhere in there and it escaped me). Anyway, an interestingly sympathetic early TV treatment of combat agoraphobia, probably brought into vogue by all the shock cases that had returned from Nam right around that time.moreless
