  • A new character arrives, but the episode isn't all that exciting.

There's nothing wrong with this episode, I have no real complaints with it. It's good to meet a new character named Marcus, and perhaps he will provide some good episodes and character development in the future, but this episode was just OK.

The Cody-Bailey storyline in this episode is also just OK. It's interesting at first, but it becomes predictable. The one thing that stuck out for me in this episode was when Zack tries to help Marcus experience the childhood he never had and the boys go through each of Marcus' ages together, one at a time. What I mean by this is they pick a certain amount of time to be 1 year olds and then pick activities to do for that age. Later they're 2, then 3, then 4 and so on until they are 15 again. I thought that was kind of an interesting concept and it would make for a fun hang out day in real life with a friend. I would totally do that with a buddy or a girl on a date or something. (haha, judge if you will, I know it sounds weird, but I bet it would be fun. Live a little! Don't be afraid to be a kid! I'll never let age limit me XD)

This episode was just above average, but not something I would go out of my way to watch again.moreless

This episode is great but one thing is not that good in it I don't like this new character zack's roomate. Cody and Baily where in some kind of competition between them and cody didn't like baily winning at everything cuz he is a boy and she is a girl but then baily tells him that he won her hart and this was kinda romantic between these two loving characters i guess this is it but the one thing i like most that this is a clean comedy not like all these new one's.moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

  • TRIVIA (6)

    • Goof: When Cody and Bailey are playing Ping Pong, Cody's paddle flies away but he picks it up off the table next to the chair he fell in.

    • When Zack and Woody walk into the Zack's room in the opening scene; Zack hits the play button on the remote, which causes music to start playing. If you listen to the music, it's the same music of the song used in the episode "Crossing Jordin", which was written by Cody and Marcus.

    • When the gang was playing basketball, the box containing Howard was unattended on the shuffleboard course and then about ten seconds later, the camera went back to the scene where the family was sweeping up Howard and the woman said she has most of him with the box now missing.

    • London said Zack somehow convinced Mr. Moseby that Bailey was a girl, but that's not true. In the first season episode, Bailey was accidentally DISCOVERED by everyone to be a girl.

    • London got stuck on a stalled escalator on the ship. According to London, she stayed on the escalator for two days until they fixed it.

    • Larramie "Doc" Shaw joins the cast of The Suite on Deck starting with this episode.

  • QUOTES (1)

    • Zack: Are you in the Witness Protection Program?
Marcus: No, but my mom's a cop and my dad's a judge. Touch my stuff again and I'll get you arrested and locked up with one phone call!

  • NOTES (1)

    • Marcus: (after Zack says that he recognizes him from somewhere) No, but me and Denzel get that all the time.

He is referring to actor Denzel Washington, who is considered by most as very handsome.
