- 2/19/11Thanos gets all of the Infinity Stones, and the Squad face a betrayal.
- 2/12/11Upon failing to retrieve an Infinity Gem, Dr. Doom returns to his home country of Latveria, only to find that his mother has not only managed to free herself from Chthon's realm but also turned his precious Castle Doom into a luxury day spa for superheroes.
- 2/5/11Super Hero City suddenly finds itself infested with a multitude of Wolverines. As Iron Man, Thor, and Hulk try to round up the multiplying mutants, the real Wolverine, Reptil and new hero Firestar track the clones to Dr. Doom's old lair in Villainville and semi-mad scientist Egghead.
- 1/29/11When Thanos attempts to use the Power Stone to destroy the Nova Corps, Iron Man recruits She-Hulk to help the Super Hero Squad save the day. Meanwhile, H.E.R.B.I.E. meets his true love.

Enchantress has her heart set on becoming the queen of Asgard, so she casts a love spell on Odin. However, when Odin loses the throne, his son, Thor, rises to power. Both Enchantress and Loki quickly move in and try to manipulate Thor. Elsewhere, Magneto and Quicksilver try to steal Wanda back from the Squad.

However, Thor and Hercules must forget about their pride and set aside their differences when Asgard and Olympus are both threatened by a dangerous villain. - 10/30/10While trying to prevent Thanos from using the Time Stone on the Helicarrier, Scarlet Witch is transported back in time to Europe in the year 1942 - where she encounters the villainous Red Skull.
- 10/23/10While searching for Captain Marvel, the Super Hero Squad members are captured and imprisoned by the Skrull. Now, it is up to the Scarlet Witch (who was sneaked aboard the Helicarrier by Falcon) to save the day. Meanwhile, Thanos uses the Soul Stone to start a war between the Kree and the Skrull.moreless
