When Mario pokes his head out of his costume, his body is missing.

When the "wolves" approach Koopa in the Big Bad Wolf's den, a forest background is used in one shot.

Another door-related goof is that the front door of the cottage changes its shape when Princess talks to Koopa in bed. This door also magically closes and opens (unless the Troopas did it).

The door to Gramma's cottage doesn't have a handle in many shots. On top of that, when it does appear, it's drawn on the left side of the door on the outside, even though the door opens to the left in other shots (the handle should be on the right if it opens to the left). Also, when Princess enters the cottage, the door opens to the right.

When Gramma unlocks the various locks on her door, the locks disappear in later shots.

After Koopa blows the snow off of Pine's cottage with a Bob-omb, the door magically closes by itself.

When Mario and Co. first enter Pine's cottage, the door opens outside to the left. In later shots, it's opened inside to the right.
