  • The Stooges keep their garage open day and night in order to raise enough to marry their girlfriends and end up battling gangsters.

"Knives are quiet!" says gangster Phil Arnold as he prepares to butcher Shemp. This is best known as being the second of the two 3D films the Stooges made, and is by far the stronger of the two. The opening dinner scenes are funny, and Fred Kelsey (Stooges veteran of the Curly days), makes a special cameo as the Stooges' girlfriend's dad. His scene is very brief though. The second reel is better yet, with lots of classic physical violence involving power tools. Some gags are pretty painful, such as Moe scrapeing Larry's forehead with a wrasp. The ending fight with the gangsters is fast and furious. Am awesome Stooges film!moreless
