"I'll take a bite of the moon for you...": the lyrics of the song being played on the radio that Arthur is listening to in his apartment. Clearly, this is a reference to Omnipotus taking a bite out of the moon in "Alone Together".
In this episode, Arthur delivers an eduactional speech explaining all about hay fever, much in the same manner as his explanation about aspirin in "The Tick VS Dinosaur Neil."
Trivia: We find out the Human Bullet's name is "Mitch."
Human Bullet: Now you'd shoot a guy out of a cannon, wouldn't you?
American Maid: Depends on the guy!
American Maid: We need a strategy.
Tick: This is one of those thinking problems, isn't it?
Ickibana: You're a madman, a villain, and a cheat!
El Seed: Eat my revolution, blue monkey!
The Tick: Follow that allergy!
The Tick: You love me.... I love you not!
El Seed: Hey, Tick! Here is a gift horse for your mouth!
Human Bullet's Wife: None of my friends' husbands make their wives blow them out of cannons.
The Last song played on the radio when El Seed dropped off the 400 yr. bloom, was an elevator version of the theme song.
This episode marks the first and only speaking appearance of The Human Bullet's wife. She had been seen in previous episodes ("The Tick VS Dinosaur Neil", "The Tick VS The Breadmaster-lying in bed next to her husband with her back to the camera, and a housewife who may or may not have been Mrs. Bullet is seen briefly in "The Tick VS El Seed"), but has had no dialogue up to now.
