When Reno entertainers Soren and Frederica lose their prized animal, a trained dolphin, they call upon Arthur (they know his parents), and he and the Tick come to their aid. Little do they know that the dolphin, The Fin, plans to rule the world with his newly-invented Fish Magnet, with which he plans to bury the city in fish. The Tick must cope with his newfound weakness - gambling addiction - but manages to overcome it and beat The Fin by holding his breath longer.moreless

When a dolphin named Mr. Smarty Pants, who is one of the smartest dolphin, is kidnapped in the middle of his show in Vegas, His traners call for the help of The Tick and Arthur. Unfortunatly they don't know is that Mr. Smarty Pants is smart then they think, for he is behind the whole thing. His plan is to create a giant magnet to give him all the fish in the world. I like this episode, I don't know why a lot of people don't. I think that a smart evil talking dolphin is a great idea. I love how we find out that The Tick has another weakness besides his mind, GAMBLING.moreless
