The phone number Captain Liberty writes down for The Terror does not appear on her Torch screen, and there are no arrows to indicate additional information.
When Arthur's dialling for help, you can clearly see he isn't actually pressing some of the buttons (missing them entirely) and yet you can hear the specific number tones.

Despite having an out of shape stomach, a.k.a. a gut, when wearing his costume and when in civilian clothes, Arthur is anything but chubby when seen in his briefs. Unless, of course, he was sucking in his gut really well...

In the series opening credits (as well as in this episode), The Tick says, "we form the yin to villainy's malevolent yang." However, in Chinese mythology, "Yin" is evil and "Yang" is good.
When The Tick knocks on Arthur's apartment door, he calls out "Arthur!" However, The Tick only knows Arthur as "MothMan" at that point, as Arthur had yet to reveal his name to The Tick.
