  • Into the unknown is right--they must have taken Tyso and Stephen back.

This story arc is very ho-hum. Not great, but not terribly bad.

I feel as if there is another story missing between this one and "One Law."

It seems as if Mike has now been a TP for months as he has a spacesuit and is quite comfortable with using Tim inappropriately.

Liz finally has ditched the school-girl pigtails for one ponytail (and an extremely hideous dress).

What amazes me about this episode is how Liz and Stephen truly consider John their leader. They often call his name to look at some new phenomenon though they are just as skilled as he is.

What's unfortunate about this four-part story is that the TPs don't get to use their powers. After they get trapped on the ship, there is only one jaunting scene after Liz makes her way to the ship. Everything else is a lot of talking and waiting.

On a final note, this is the last episode for both Stephen and Tyso. Now Tyso has been virtually underused since his character was introduced, so his unexplained departure is not too stunning.

However, we have watched Stephen from the very first episode of the series. We've seen him breakout and his powers expand. He seemingly grew another foot in height as his voice found new depths. It's disappointing we never got a sendoff episode for him. In fact, no explanation is given for his departure and the TP's don't even mention his name ever again.

Fortunately, it was Stephen who repaired the ship's engine to show why he was useful and will be missed.
