    Very funny.

I came home late Friday and that was the first thing I turned on. I would've changed the channel if it were any other guest.

My affiliate doesnt even air Last Call until 2:30am. After an hour of infomercials.

.......Too bad they didn't actually do The Year 2000 tonight. I expect to see it by the end of the week, at least.

I hope they really do The Year 2000, because that was one of the classic bits I love.

In the Year 3000! wow. I am speechless. I was thinking they go the route of in the Year 2012 considering it is the year where according to the Mayain calender THE WORLD ENDS kind of like the Y2K scare in 1999.

I was thinking In The Year 2010, since that's the next decade. 3000 made me question it. In 1000 years, we will all be dead, and none of this will apply. I honestly thought he'd do something with aliens taking over.

Nope, business as usual, but with spiffy new space costumes.

I hope that "In The Year" bit is not always Andy doing it with Conan but random celebs dropping in to do the bit. If it is always going to be Andy then I see that bit going out to pasture.

I figured Andy did it because it was the first one, but will return back to normal next time.

I wonder if Conan will do Celebrity Survey every other week like he did on Late Night.

Celebrity Survey was great when he did it last week.

Before Andy left Late Night, it was always the two of them doing ITY2K. Personally, I thought the random guest stars were too hit and miss. For every inspired segment (Jim Carrey, Larry King), you had somebody with precious little comic timing (Mr. T).

I agree that some of the celebs were hit & miss but that was what was great about it. We didn't know who do em till they got on stage. Granted that I don't remember Andy doing "The Year 2000" in the beginning because I was around the age of 10 and I never stayed up to watch Conan back then.
