I have a Question do you think Katharine of Aragon was poisoned by a member of the Boleyn family? I think yes.

katherine of aragon spent many years living a meager life. henry all but cut her off and provided very little in support. vistors were also prohibited at times. it would be logical to think that there would be almost zero medical care for her as well.

All I could find was a press release saying it would air in spring/summer 2009.

They're not even listed completely on the showtime Tudors website, which is why I've not added them here either. I fear that if I simply take a calendar and plan one episode per week, one of them will be skipped and the whole schedule falls to pieces.

Aww, I didn't feel blamed I was just trying to explain why I hadn't yet added all ten episodes.

I could do a better job. Lately, I have very little time so recaps will have to wait

For what I gathered, there was an "kind of" autopsy on Katherine of Aragon at the time. It was tradition to remove the heart of royal people for separate burial. The heart had , apparently, a black growth that according to popular belief at the time was an indication of poison. Hence the poisoning rumours. Doctors today think that it could have been an indication of a rare cancerous heart tumor.

Still, she died of a broken heart...

I believe those rumours were started to give the king reasons to execute the family

What could happen if a person who was a member of King Henry 8th court had immortaility and was still alive?

This is more of a question then a reply.

I would like to know what could happen if a man lived during the 16th century at the time of King Henry 8th as a courtier who had links with the king, and had eternal life through something he had done? How would he adapt to each century change? This is for an arts project I am doing, and have been asked to draft together a fantasy story from the 16th century to 2001.. Any input would be most helpful, especially from historians. Many thanks.

Are Henry and the "new" Katherine married?
He constantly mentions her as his wife, but there hasn't been a wedding shown on the show? Or have I completely forgotten?

The were secretely married sometime between series 3 and series 4. King Henry introduces her to the court as his new wife and the new Queen of England at the beginning of 4x01.
