  • Asano finally appears.

    9.0
Being under the custody of Queen Kyou, Shoukei is immediately turned into a servant. Shoukei is once again living in a palace, but has simply switched roles. Youko On the other hand, leaves her palace on the shoulders of Keiki. Suzu is having a great time in Queen Sai's palace. She's experiencing luxury for the first time in a hundred years. Though her happiness skips a beat as Lady Riyou makes a visit, asking to reclaim Shoukei. But Queen Sai refuses, and Lady Riyou was sent off empty handed. Queen Sai sadly had to send Suzu off as well, for she couldn't keep her within the palace. But Suzu already made plans to visit Youko in Kei, and was given a ticekt that will allow her to pass freely around the world. She encountered the same traveling group she journeyed with when she first appeared in this world, and they tell her they have a kaikyaku in their cart right now counting money. It seems to be none other than Asano, who holds a gun against Suzu's head.

When Suzu starts getting treated like gold, gains some self esteem for herself after years of discouragement, she gets held as a hostage! Though things are getting pretty interesting when Asano makes his appearance after being absent for twentry or so episodes. I really don't feel that much sorry for Shoukei after her attitude, but in her situation, who wouldn't break down like that? Besides, she's just ignorant. Can't say much for Youko.moreless
