The Twilight Zone: Worst episode in your opinion?

I don't really know...I haven't seen "Come Wander With Me" But many people consider it to be pretty bad. I'll have to wait to prove it.

Hey, a new thread!

Yes, "Come Wander With Me" IS pretty hard to watch. I won't spoil it for you, though.

I can't really pick a SINGLE worst, but there are SOME that stand out:

"Kick the Can" and "The Bewitchin' Pool" are two that I don't really enjoy. "Queen of the Nile" is also boring, in my opinion.

My least favorite (due to expectations) might have to be "I Sing the Body Electric". Bad episode. I hoped for more out of a Ray Bradbury effort.

Other than that, none stand out. The great thing about this series is that there are so FEW bad episodes, and so MANY good ones. Most series have the exact opposite.

All good bad ones.
As a general rule, the hour episodes aren't very good either.
But, the worst half-hour one: I can't remember the name of it. Carol Burnette stars. Her guardian angel comes in and tries to make her life better. At the end of the episode, she wants her old life back. It's supposed to be a funny episode. Instead, it was stupid.
What was the name of that episode?

Showdown with Rance McGrew ranks as one of the worst in my book. Interesting concept ruined by poor execution and casting.

Personally, I enjoyed the Bewitchin' Pool one I didnt really like was "Where is Everybody?" The first time I saw it, it was OK but after that, it got boring. The fourth season episodes werent too good except for "Miniature" (brings tears to my eyes) and its a Whoppin' $60.00 at Costco and $100.00 at B&N but if you buy 1, 2, 3, or 5 you get 50% off Season 4 at B&N

The stupid one with the slot machine that the man was addicted to and then it pushed him out of a window. lol. It was bad. I think it was called The Fever but I'm not sure.

"I Sing The Body Electric" is my vote for the worst...horrible, horrible episode, with "Come Wander With Me" and "Sounds and Silences" almost as bad.

"I sing the Body Electric" is probably my least favorite as well, with higher expectations due to the hopes of Bradbury writing it. The dialogue is incredibly talky and flowery. Serling himself said that Ray's dialogue reads well but "people don't talk like that." It is really painful to hear.
The comedies are also pretty bad, especially "Cadaver is Coming," although I think Orson Bean manages to carry off "Beavis" by a narrow margin.

Yeah, but I can't get over the shrillness of the parents, very mediocre actors over acting, and the horrible dubbing of Rocky the Flying Squirell's voice for young Mary Badham is just painful for me to hear.
