  • This Episode Deals With the Most DANGEROUS Invention of Humans: The 'God' Complex!

It never ceases to amaze me just how well-written and how well-acted most of the episodes in "The Twilight Zone" are. Many different actors, writers, musicians, and many others came together to whip up an incredible experiment in experimenting, that ran the gamut from A to Z! Nothing was off limits, and even episodes that took place, "Out THERE," still often contained metaphors for events that were happening in the world at the time "The Twilight Zone" originally aired. :O This episode was certainly WELL-timed for the Cuban Bay Missile Crisis of 1962, when a select group of people thought themselves as 'God', and were willing to go to the absolute LIMIT to prove it; by ANY means necessary! But this episode shows just how DANGEROUS it is to make oneself Because even 'God' can be dethroned ALL too easily by something bigger and MORE dangerous than 'God' is. This episode is a good example of karma in action; whatever is done to others, is eventually returned to the point of origin. That's one of the reasons I like most of the episodes in this show. Most of the time, whenever an antagonist does wrong to others, they almost ALWAYS get their comeuppance in the end! Enough said, true believers! ;)
