Corey Haim is tired of the single life and wants to begin dating again. Feldman helps him out and even suggests speed dating. Fed up with the whole scene, Haim gives his old girlfriend a call and asks her to come visit him from England.
I have a gripe about this episode: What was the point?? So Haim wants a date, but he already has a girlfriend he loves who he can fly out to be with him? What was the dilemma? Why did we have to watch him go through speed-dating and computer dating? Was it for comic effect? It really wasn't humorous at all. Up until this episode, I was giving the writers the benefit of the doubt but this made me question if there really is any material here to work with? I know that even though they tout this show as "reality", most (f not all)of it is staged. I think the writers took a nap for this one.moreless
