Things go wrong when Jonas and Mack go undercover in an attempt to find the terrorists who killed the vice president.
Goof: After Jonas, Mack and terrorists flee the scene of the shoot out, Bob comes down out of the hills to check the status of the downed ICE agents. He reports to the TOC the first agent is KIA, then moves to the second man that Jonas shot in the chest. Bob reports the agent has a pulse and the vest stopped the bullet. Then he cups his hands on the man's chest and tells the TOC that the agent is not breathing. At this point, Bob begins CPR compressions. The steps for CPR are A-(Airway), B-(Breathing), C-(Circulation). Bob should have opened the airway by tilting the head back or performing a jaw thrust and listened for breath sounds. The most common cause of airway obstruction is the tongue, so tilting the head may have opened the airway enough for the agent to start breathing on his own. If it did not, Bob should have administered two rescue breaths before starting any chest compressions. Bob should have also removed the Kevlar vest to make sure the compressions were performed at the proper depth. The steps of CPR are universal and done in a specific order every time. It wouldn't be effective to skip the rescue breaths, especially if the patient was not breathing.
