Goof: Capone is seen talking to the doctor fixing his stitches and says he thought about being a doctor when he was a boy in Italy. The real Capone was not from Italy. He was born in Brooklyn.
Doctor: Just up and stabbed you for no reason, eh?
Capone: Yeah, it's hard to figure. Guess he wanted to make himself a big man.
Sheriff: Can I see your credentials, please?
Hovick: Well now, Sheriff, I guess we just plum forgot to bring 'em.
Rollins: Whatever happened to the Reno brothers?
Telegraph Operator: They shot 'em down like dogs.
Ness: (about the dead airport man) Could he have used the phone?
Marty: No, but he didn't know that. I just didn't like his attitude.
Clerk: You, what's your name?
Capone: Everybody knows my name.
Clerk: Then you oughta know it too.
Hovick: (to Ness) You don't look Italian to me.
Ness: Neither do you.
Narrator: There are no big shots on The Rock.
Hobson: (referring to Capone) The Napoleon Of Crime.
Ness: Napoleon ended up on an island, too.
