Season Four would feature some weird names for the baddies due to the show eliminating all Italian surnames of gangsters. This episode marks the first of the weird ones with Vince "the Moor" Tunis.
The meet-- in front of St. Brandon's church in Roselyn-- takes place at 6:00 a.m. But it's obvious from the shadows that the sun is directly overhead, so this scene was filmed around noon.
Ness: Sarro, who did this to you?
Ness: Some accident. You took your hand, jammed it in between the blades, and turned the power on.
Narrator: (about the economy) Things were so bad even the bootleggers went hungry. Hungry for profits.
Grach: Mr. Barnett, I only did what I was told.
Barnett: All right, Charlie. Everybody knows you only do what you're told. So now I'm telling you...shut up.
Tunis: You don't manipulate prices with an eye-dropper.
Rico: Looks like Tunis is trying to do our job for us.
Ness: We oughta thank him if we can figure out why.
Tunis: I'll give you credit, Charlie.
Grach: Just gimme cash.
Tunis: If you don't wanna do business, all you have to do is throw me out. (Ness throws Tunis out.)
Ness: If I didn't throw you far enough, I'll be glad to try again.
Narrator: The strategy of Vince "The Moor" Tunis was based on the fact that Tunis, like the rest of us, was a terrific critic of government policies.
