Don't get me wrong, I have been watching The Vampire Diaires since the first episode and until season 4 the show was fresh and new, but for some reason this season I feel like they're just going over old storylines (The ripper). It's gotten to the point where almost every character has become so "old" that the writers don't know what to do with them anymore. I never thought I'd say this but I truly like "The Originals" better. I hope the writers can turn this season around, because this show was always smart, it would breeze through storylines at lighting pace, without leaving you time to catch your breath. This season its become, sort of boring. Come writers, I know you have it in you!moreless
  • Elena is still flirting from one brother back to the other.

    8.0
I'm confused, Stefan is furious that his brother is dating his ex girlfirnd, but he doesn't even remeber his brother or his girlfriend so how does he know he even liked her that much in the first place or if he cared before he lost his memory. Elena is still flirting from one brother back to the other, In real life that would give her a terrible reputation and no friends, but in this everyone is stilll willing to die for her. This was my all time favorite show, it's so sad to see it sliding down hill :(moreless
  • Has so many depressing episodes

    3.0
Just when I thought this season was doing good, they dragged out the whole Bonnie memorial. I haven't read up on the actress' future, but unless she's doing something else, I'm sure they'll find a way to bring her back to life. And what was the purpose of Tyler suddenly showing up just so Carolyn could have a shoulder to cry on? Last year was Jeremy's death and all that sadness. They somehow make the love triangle sad too. It's not exciting anymore. Make up your mind, Elena! I'm so glad The Originals that's a good vampire show!moreless
  • Worst episode ever!

I'm now worried to this series. Used to be soooooooooooooooo good. Now, they just go in circles.

    This is bad, bad, bad....
  • slow start strong finish

I actually thought I wouldn't like this episode it felt to me like a cheap way to try to put Elena and Stephan back together but I was wrong! The end with Bonnie and finding out about her death was impacting and sad. Granted it could have been more impacting if Bonnie hadn't been dead for so long but I was glad it finally came out and they all had their grieving moment. I also like the development between Damon and Jeremy they come along way that hug was really sweet to see!! I definitely would like to see less doppelganger story line in episodes to come we need a change.moreless
