I remember seeing a thing on Adult Swim that said the new season would start this November, but I have not seen it again.

the season is being split into two halves of eight episodes each. The first half will hit the airwaves this fall--October or November.

Anyone else a bit tired of how long it takes to create a season?

Well, I don't mind, as long as the extra wait comes across in episodes being written well & animated well. Many animated shows have suffered in later seasons because the animation lacked. Look at the Transformers, Thundercats, G.I. Joe, etc.

its probably going to air this fall. ADULT SWIM.COM has the season 4 trailer up. its looks awesome. 21 is all bulked up and crazy looking. there doesnt appear to be too much Brock but thats okay; he knows now who screwed him over and he must be planning something big for revenge. im sure he'll show up at the end of the season to kick some ass

If Brock Samson does not come back the show will still be funny but not what it was. This is probably my favorite show in the history of animation!!!! As for the wait, that is because Jackson Publick is adamant on making the show with old school cell animation which adds to its old, art noir/nouveau style feel. Again, the best show ever!!!
