  • Geraldine tries to make the annual Fair more fun and profitable, so she vows to land a celebrity. She listens to Alice and wacky hijinks totally ensue!

A bunch of fun with, and at the expense of, Sir Elton is had, but I personally love the costume contest! (Hugo's legs? A bit skinny, but not awful ladies!)

David's exasperation is wonderful, his I-told-you-so is equally squirm-inducing, but the surprise twist makes everyting worthwhile! (Even seeing Geraldine make outlandish promises in order to get scoop on another celeb! Yikes?!)

On repeated viewings, and a widening of my Britcom vocab, one of my latest 'oh wow!' moments was realizing who plays Alice's cousin, Reg.(I squealed and got funny looks by family members.)

    It's a fun half-hour that I highly recommend!moreless
