Jenny McCarthy was the co-host the other day, all of you were discussing the NBA basketball player that admitted to being gay; more will follow his lead!! The subject turned to women in relationships/married to men for many years, and being surprised to find out they are gay, saying "they never had a clue" - Joy made the comment "well, if they're watching alot of Glee, there's a clue" - I totally resent that comment, and I'm sure I'm not alone!! We ALL watch Glee in my house and also Smash!! This certainly does not mean any males in my house are gay!!, it just means they enjoy singing and musicals!!!! So, please watch what you say or when comments are made, because WE are listening!!! Your comment was just plain ignorant and stupid....

When a guest is on that has opposite views from Whoopi, as in Bill O'Reilly. She behaves like a 3 year old child that didn't get her own way. Refuses to speak and looks the other way the entire interview. When it is someone with her views she is jumping through the ceiling!! She is the most closed minded person they have had on that show... will miss Joy's wish it was Whoopi leaving. There is only ONE view with Whoopi..... hers

Hey Whoopi, kids not being able to buy cigarette until they turn 21yrs is not going to stop all kids from smoking, some will have access to their smoking parent's cigarette like you said. But how about those whose parents are none smokers?. See it is just like gun restriction law.

This show is AWFUL... Please Cancel. Elizabeth is the only NORMAL View that represents the majority of America. The Views Barbara, Whoopi, Joy and Sherri are obnoxious Liberals that push their Views on the American people. Shut up, Barbara Retire already, I can't stand it when you are on. Glad Joy is quitting. Sherri gets more obnoxious by the minute. I like Elizabeth and Whoopi, but we the people of America don't need the View. Please cancel this show and Rachel Ray. I've started watching Hallmark Channel, Home and Family during this time slot. it's a really nice show and family oriented, not this liberal crap on the major networks. It amazes me how you think registering guns will protect the public. Where does this idea even come from and how can you embrace it and talk about it on the air like registration will keep guns out of the hands of criminals. Do drug laws keep drugs out of the hands who obtain them, illegally, sell them illegally or use them illegally. Where are your heads. Criminals are criminals. They don't go to the local gun store and buy them like the rest of us, they steal them or buy from the black market.

No, I'm Liberal enough to say make using cigarettes illegal because smokers infringe on my rights. Ban cell phones because the people using them cause accidents that could kill a family member. Oh wait, that does infringe on their rights. STOP ALREADY. The 90% of Americans want stricter gun laws is BULL! You are all much safer today because we, the public own and can use our guns.

On Monday the women on "The View" declared victory over men in an interview regarding a judicial ruling throwing out a marriage prenuptial agreement. The woman in the divorce had nothing prior to marriage but the panel of women concluded that it was fair she get half his assets. This doesn't make any sense. Obviously the woman knew he was rich so why did she leave. I'm trying to state a case for legal enforcement of prenuptial or totally revising the divorce laws. Is anybody listening?

I am so sick of Hasselbeck. This is Mon. april 8th and the way she carried on about the plane and the movie then it was Obama against poor Romney was critizied why shouldn't obama be? She is obnoxious talks over everyone including Barbara, and i find her to be disgusting. Joy is the best one and she is leaving, probablly because of Hasselbeck. I don't know how anyone works with her. I just may quit watching the show that I really like but I can't take her any longer. Tonight I lost it and walked out of the room. She is a total DISGRACE

So sick of this show. They sound like a bag of cats the way they talk over each other. Whoopi is away with the fairies half the time. Joy is not funny, she is rude and sarcastic. Sherry is ok. Elizabeth is BRUTAL and as for Babs, way past time to retire. CANCEL the show.

Being a man, I'm one that probably in the minority of VIEW watchers. I can't keep it in anymore. Mario Cantone has GOT to go. He's the most obnoxious person The VIEW could ever have on the show. Loud, annoying, and not nearly as funny as he thinks he is. I like the show, and I record it to watch later in the day, but if they pick him as a replacement host, that's it for me. NO more VIEW for me. I even learned to like Elizabeth somewhat. Being Democrat, she was highly annoying at one time, but she managed to loosen up a bit over the last couple of years. But Mario? NO WAY.

I was so very glad to hear that elizabeth might be leaving the show!!!! then I heard that NO, she was not leaving! what a disappointment for me and my ladies group. We really, really do NOT like her and do not watch the show because of her, but if we know she's not on the show, boy, we're happy!!! she is a downer debbie and adds NOTHING to the show but rightt wing attitude!! ditch the B, and you will have a great show

Without a doubt after this year The View should be cancelled. I believe that Joy Behar was told to leave her nighttime show because Current TV was taken over by Al Jazzera or leave The View. As for Elisabeth Hasselbeck she was too right wing for their audience. It would be a horrible mistake to replace her with Meghan McCain because she is a phony Republican. As for Barbara Walters she would be semi retired because Whoopi and Sherri sees her as two faced.

I heard Kim Kardashian is going to be one of the new hosts for the show. They wanted to raise the level of intellectual conversation up a notch .

Did not watch today because trump was on Trump and Elisabeth I just cannot take!

Of all the potential guest hosts----why Ne Ne Leaks? She is overbearing, looks like a drag queen who has mastered her look. Most disturblng is the ever present expression that looks as if she's smelling something foul. Her behavior is coarse, her knowledge on hot topics are limited at best and she doesn't fit with in with the cast. She might be a nice person, but as a guest host, she's terrible. She stares at her note cards and can't interact with guests in a natural way. Come on View producers---really????

What is wrong with the producers? These women ( except Whoopi) are constantly talking all at the same time! It is so annoying and rude on their part. Joy is the worst and she is the crudest women ... The little blonde, Elizabeth, really? Who is she anyways ? She has no personality . I can't believe this show is still on the air! It's painful to watch.. And I'm not into pain.

I don't hate everything bout this show but it's really hard to follow. I do like the hosts and respect their differences. My complaint is, its just to hard to pay attention to what they are talking about. The whole show is just watching a bunch of women bicker back and forth and cut each other off and go from this opinion to that. I'm not sure what the purpose of this show is. Am I suppose to be enlightened by different opinions? cus I'm not getting that...

So sick of the View and Joy Behar, especially how she reacted to Bill Oreily this morning. They sound like a bunch of old hens not knowing a word they say, except Whoppi!!

Just happened to walk past the TV and hear someone "whoever" that is going to be on some 'whatever" new show about life in the White House. He just had to make a Sarah Palin comment. I have NEVER ever felt compelled to comment on anything but to me, the demeanor, the comment, the behavior, was the height of arrogance. People, get over yourselves. Move on. I won't be watching the new show.

I used to watch this after watching Kelly and Regis... now I'm sick of Kelly and Michael and still had my habit of watching The I found a much much better show. Reasons why I can't stand this "show" and reason why I did watch. Let's start off why I did... WHOOPI Goldberg is AWESOME!!! Plus I love how she rolls her eyes at the other women when they make ridiculous comments. I also watched to see the great guests. Other than that, I can't stand BARBARA WA WA.. oh how she gives herself TOO MUCH credit for everyone's success. I think she thinks if it wasn't for her, celebrities wouldn't be where they are. She loves herself, that's good, but I don't want to see you talk about yourself Barbara. I'm over it. Sherry bugs. She overacts, her faces and movements are annoying. You are no Lucille Ball. You are not funny and you are LOUD and I'm sick of hearing about how you baby Jeffery. I think he is going to grow up with issues with you smothering him. Elizabeth. Too opinionated and can't handle when anyone has a different opinion. You remind me of a teenager who thinks she knows it all. You seem like a typical Republican. That is not a compliment. are cool... I can tell she just shows up to collect a paycheck and sneak in some good jabs on her co-hosts. She is funny. If I ran that show, I'd definitely keep Joy and Whoopi... the rest need to find a new gig. Again, sooooooooooooooo soooooooooo happy to find a replacement show. Anybody who wants to see a genuine host who can make you laugh, tune in to Steve Harvey. It's like watching Oprah in the early days.

You need to watch some of your shows "GIRLS". And try and listen to the conversation and follow it. But, that would be hard because you can't. There is only one person on there that has manners and that is Whoopi the rest of you are so wrapped up in your own self that you forget what you are there for. I can't beleave the rateings stay up to keep you on. As usual money talks. Senior in Ia.

I have watched the View since it began. I loved Meradith, detested Star, hate Joy, adore Whoopi! Whoopi has the wisdom of us Seniors, (I'm 69) and has real humor. Sherry and Elizabeth are sweet girls. I like them, but I think they are out of their league on some issues. I watch Sherry stumble her way through conversations, almost daily. Elizabeth tries to hold back their liberalism, but is more argumentative then effective.



I am a conservative, and I am weary of their topics, now. They are sooooooo biased in every way it's sickening. Barbara is no longer a good reporter. It's time for her to hang up her hat.



I now watch other shows that are so much more fulfilling. Or, don't watch anything but a good movie and\or the weather reports. It's a lot more invigorating. Get over yourselves, ladies!

Hate Elisabeth. Not my favorite show.

I heard Elisabeth say on the view today that she didn't want to influence her children on politics and my question for her would be, I'm sure you influence your children on things like drugs and sex why wouldn't you want to influence them on something as important as the United States government and the importance of it?? The decisions we make today WILL effect them now and in the future!!! I love you Elisabeth, but if you don't influence them when it comes to politics aren't you afraid of who might??

I used to be a regular viewer of The View, but I just can't tolerate the screeching of Elisabeth any longer. Her talking louder and faster to maintain 'the floor' is like fingernails on a chalkboard. I've found something else to watch at that time slot in my area. The View was a good show, but I can't say that any longer.

Congratulations Elisabeth! You're maturing into a mistress of ultra conservative duplicity! After receiving your partisan and inane talking points each evening, you dutifully regurgitate them all over your co-hosts the next day. You dominate all political discussions; the others sit obediently as if retaliating may cost them their jobs. (Is that the case? Do your co-hosts have orders to concede the floor to you? I remember when they would battle it out with you until you ran out of propaganda and would sit blankly. Were the girls forced to let up on you?) Barbara, however, often laps up your every word. Is she that desperate for conservatives to interview or does she have an alternative reason nowadays for slurping up your mess?

A few years back, a local, prominent right winger proclaimed conservatives are justified in doing or saying whatever they deem necessary to reach their goals. You, Limbaugh and other radio neo-cons, Hannity and your other buddies at Fox News give life to this statement daily.

I taped and viewed "The View" for years until you, Elisabeth, became unbearable. A few months back, I, again, taped the program. However, you are just too partisan and self-righteous to digest.

A political exchange among co-hosts is great, but you must dominate every exchange, infusing doublespeak and other plan old untruths.

Maybe "The View" has chosen to attract a more conservative audience because the program is surely losing moderates and progressives.
