      • Trampas does not appear in this episode and one never actually sees Molly except in shadow. It is not clear how Horn dies -- the Virginian punches him and he rolls down a slight slope a little ways so he might have been killed by a hard punch or a stray shot from Calhoun who fires in that direction; all we know is the Virginian tells the Judge he is dead.
