Randy Benton and of course, since Lee J. Cobb had left the series, Judge Garth, are the only regular characters not to appear in this episode. However, Trampas' appearance is very brief. This episode also marked the last appearance of regular Diane Roter as Jennifer Sommers. One presumes she finally left Shiloh to join Territorial Governor Henry Garth in Laramie.
