Hypocritical show

I think it is hypocritical from the judges at the initial phase , when they are recruiting the singers

to express the remarks : "I will fight for you, I do everything for you, I will not sleeping to help you and in the during the second phase they are being kicked out by the same judge that gave them so much hope.

My opinion the singer should not be judge by his coach but from the other 3 judges.
