Zoey and Charlie grow closer.

Donna and C.J. bond over sunscreen.

Bartlet interviews Gina, a new Secret Service agent on Zoey's detail. We find out that white supremacists have been sending Zoey hate mail.

Donna continues to help Josh.

The fundraiser almost gets canceled when the man who is hosting it demands that the President come out against banning gays from participating in the military. They calm the host down by giving him private time with the President.

Al Keifer tells Barltet to pass an amendment that would ban flag burning.

Bartlet upsets his daughter by interupting her L.A. experience.

Donna hits on Hasselholf and Josh drags her away.

Joey impresses the senior staff by showing them that Al Keifer doesn't know how to poll. She tells them that the flag burning amendment isn't worth it.

Josh tries to hook up with Joey, after Donna encourages him to do so, only to find her in bed with Satan's cigarette man, Al Keifer.

Bartlet tells his host that now is not the time to debate gays in the military and that he's a human starting gun.
