Toby: How do you get women? Smart and funny. Right?
Josh: Plus, I've got that, you know, boyish thing.
Annabeth: How do you get women? Briefing the press is a seduction.
Toby: Briefing the press isn't a seduction. It's war!
Annabeth: (about Josh) He totaled a hybrid with an SUV. He's like an eco-terrorist in reverse.
Car Salesman: It's perfect for Washington DC. A car that loves gridlock.
Josh: Like Congress.
Bartlet: I'm noticing a distinct slackening of awe, a certain lack of trembling in my presence.
Toby: The briefings?
Josh: Yeah, they're getting better.
Toby: On a scale of one to ten, ten being C.J., one being a chimp throwing feces, where do I rank?
Josh: They're getting better.
Josh: My testosterone is flying.
Donna: Try not to get it on anyone.
Matt Price will go on to act in the TNT dramedy Men of a Certain Age... as a car salesman.
Stockard Channing does not appear in this episode.
Kristin Chenoweth, who plays Annabeth, just completed a successful run on Broadway as Glinda in "Wicked", where she tries to teach an uncharismatic, unpleasant character to be more likable, much the same as Annabeth does with Toby in this episode, absent the singing and dancing.
Josh: "Rats of an unusual size."
In "The Princess Bride", Rodents of Unusual Size attack Wesley and Buttercup in the Fire Swamp.
