Episode Summary
Coach Reeves recruits Bobby Magum, a playground basketball hustler, for the Carver High team. Reeves soon finds out Magum carries a lot of baggage, such as being in trouble with loan sharks.

- Continuity goof: in this episode, Bobby says Coach Reeves played with Chicago, Denver, and Milwaukee, played eight seasons, and averaged six points a game (Reeves goes on to mention he also played with Detroit). But, in "The Offer", Reeves told Sally Adams that he was in the Bulls' starting lineup for 10 seasons. Edit

ADD NOTES- Michael Warren would go on to play Officer Bobby Hill in Hill Street Blues. Prior to that, he was an All-American basketball player at UCLA, where he was a teammate of Lew Alcindor and played on two NCAA championship teams. Edit
