In the penultimate episode of Season 2, each of the major characters is at a critical juncture. Ziggy has sealed his fate with the latest of his impulsive, foolish choices. Nicky's heroin dealing has caught up with him, and he is on the verge of being arrested. The net is tightening on Sobotka's shady dealings, and it is a toss-up as to whether the detail or the Greeks will get to him first. The detail has come up short in their quest to solve the Jane Doe murders and nab the Greeks, so they are feverishly working to stay one step ahead of their ever-changing tactics. Stringer's plan to pit Omar and Brother Mouzone against each has backfired, and he is at risk of Avon finding out about his disloyal dealings. Other than that, everything's just dandy...

Another totally captivating episode, and a perfect set-up for the finale.moreless
