  • I have to admit- this season initially confused the heck out of me, what with all of the new characters and storylines being introduced at such a breakneck pace. But it's all starting to come together nicely.moreless

The plot thickens: Valchek and Sobotka square off in earnest-and Valchek enlists Burrell to kick off an investigation of the IBS. A detail is assigned to the task, with Prez attached. McNulty sticks Rawls with the 13 Jane Does, to Lester and Bunks' amusement- until Rawls in turn sticks them with the cases. Dee and Avon are estranged, but Avon still sends Stringer after Dee's girlfriend to tell her to visit Dee in jail more often. Speaking of Avon's prison mates, Wee-Bey complains about a CO who is hassling him, and Barksdale promises to take care of the situation. And the Greeks launch an investigation into the murders, utilizing their own grisly, but effective methods... This story is shaping up nicely, if a little slowly. Lose the tired Ziggy subplot, and I'll like it a lot better.moreless

Can't catch crabs in homicide, right? Bunk: Uh-uh... except maybe the occasional emergency room nurse every now and then. Edit
