  • When this series is on a roll, I don't think anyone does television drama better. This episode is just the latest strong installment in what is shaping up to be a superlative season 3.

Colvin rolls out his plan to create a "safe zone" for dealing, but the street dealers are skeptical and hard-nosed about it. Cutty gets back into the game. Carcetti recruits a campaign manager for his dark horse (heh) mayoral bid. Bubbles is back, and on the CI payroll. McNulty's freelance investigation draws Lester's ire, and they have a major dust-up. McNulty later finds out about Daniels and Pearlman- just not your day today, is it Jimmy? Avon has his parole hearing, and his chances of getting released are very good, to the chagrin of Daniels and Pearlman. While surveiling Stringer, McNulty and Greggs discover that Bell is running in some very well-connectd circles. Lots of the intricate plot-building that this series specializes in. Can't wait to see where these plot threads go from here.
