Based on the late 80's cartoon about a high-tech police officer, Officer John Brown is a police officer who wishes to be a gadget-filled officer. Suddenly, a scientist named Dr. Brenda Bradford makes Officer Brown into a high-tech gadget-filled police officer.

- The movie is based, of course, on the animated adventures of a bungling spy (voiced by Don Adams). Here Andy Dick appears as a bungling scientist working for MAD...in 1995 he was--no surprise--a bungling spy working for his father, Maxwell Smart, chief of CONTROL (Don Adams, THE NEW GET SMART). Adams also does a cameo in the IG movie.
