Only Jayna changes when the Wonder Twins activate their powers in this episode. She's first seen as a Pegasus (flying horse) early on, then changes into an elephant when the twins, Superman, and the Sultan are trapped in the world of the magic lamp.
When the Sultan tells Superman and the Wonder Twins that they need to push a ruby loose to escape the magic lamp, notice that their reflections from the gem don't display a reverse image a mirror or any reflective surface should. Superman's "S" and Jayna's "J" insignia are still forward in the ruby's reflection.
At the end of the last scene after the Wonder Twins return from Exxor, Aquaman's right glove is missing.
When Orville tells Lex to smile when he's about to change his image, Luthor tells him to shut up. Notice the collar of his outer shirt turns green then back to lavender.
In one shot during Superman's battle with Lex Luthor, his "S" chest logo is backward. After the sun creatures contributed to his defeat, the logo is inverted with a yellow "S" inside a red shield instead of the traditional red "S" inside the yellow shield.
When Superman uses his chill breath to extinguish the fire engulfing the village, he's able to do so despite the fact there are flames behind him. Note that he accomplished this without turning around.
Goof: We see the other Superfriends gather around Superman (Batman included) then the next second you see Batman ride up on his horse.
Batman expressed some concern that the explosive impact from the laser lances in his joust with Superman might finish him, yet he comes out pretty well unscathed even though Superman is much stronger and the explosion actually did restore his memory. I know Batman's a great superhero, but he is human and should have been more seriously injured. And what about their horses? If anything, their being closest to the explosion should have resulted in their certain deaths.
After Superman's memory is restored, he's on the ground in his Black Knight armor, asking Batman questions. We then see Batman respond. Then we're back to Superman again, who hasn't moved a muscle, but his armor is gone and he's back in is Supersuit.
When Gleek leads the SuperFriends to the small cave the Wonder Twins went into, it looks like Batman says, "Well, let's take a look." The voice heard, though, is Danny Dark (Superman).
Goof: When Superman uses his combined x-ray vision and chill breath to free himself from the Kryptonite manacles, the blue sleeves of his costume disappear.
Goof: When evil Superman begins to fly back to the Hall of Justice after causing Mount Vesuvius to erupt, the background shows a night sky instead of day.
In the scene where the Super Enemies complete their examination of Superman, two goofs occur. First, at the beginning of the scene, it's a day sky over the Hall of Evil instead of the night sky when they arrived earlier. And when the Trouble Alert signal sounds, evil Aquaman speaks with evil Batman's voice when he says, "It's the Trouble Alert!" This is similar to the above-mentioned goof where good Aquaman speaks with good Batman's voice.
While panning the night sky in the evil universe, we see a nice shot of Earth. How can people on Earth look up to the night sky and see...Earth? It's assumed this is supposed to be the moon, but perhaps there is something really funky going on in the evil universe.
After the evil Superman talks to Zan and Jana in the Hall of Justice, he says he has things to do and flies away. But he's still inside when he does so. Is there a hole in the roof for this kind of thing?
We do see an evil Gleek, but there's no evil Zan and Jayna.
After Wonder Woman and Aquaman rescue Batman and Robin from the armored van the evil Superman trapped them in, Aquaman says, "We've got to try and stop him. Come on!" But it's Olan Soule as Batman saying the lines, not William Callaway as Aquaman.
When the good Superman is given the flask, it's in a traditional lab-triangle shape. But when he opens it, it has mysteriously changed to a cylinder shape.
A little bit of Wonder Twins water shorts out Android Batman, but water didn't seem to bother him when the jet he was flying submerged in the ocean with the co-pilot's window blown off.
When Android Batman relays his instructions to Captain Nemoy, his chest insignia is reversed; that is, a gold bat in a black oval instead of the standard black bat in a golden oval seen when he was first activated.
