Did they ever do an episode based on or inspired by the Philadelphia experiment? I've always been interested in that and I was wondering if Mulder and Scully ever got caught up in anything similar.

It was an attempt by the US Navy to create a ship that could not be detected by magnetic mines and-or radar.

There was also talk of invisibility projects and mind control experiments.

There are XF episodes about mind control and invisibility but nothing on the Philadelphia experiments per se.

No, there was never an ep. done about it, but in "Dod Kalm" Mulder discusses it with Scully at the beginning of the ep.

PS: The only reason I remember this is b/c I happened to watch the ep that is on Sci-Fi in the middle of the day......lol
