Requiem, for obvious reasons. Also, any episode involving William, again for obvious reasons.

    For me: zero
Every episode is interesting if only just for seeing Mulder or Scully or for the plot (like Musings of CSM)...

The only one I really think I should've skipped watching was "Home". I find the Peacock family to be deeply disturbing on so many levels. Mind, I'm not too keen on some of the later Mytharc stuff, since it got so complicated near the end, but "Home" is the only episode that I think I'll never watch again in its entirety.

Seconded, that episode was creepy beyond belief . I could never watch it in it's entirety again either...

Gender Bender. That episode did nothing for me. And ditto on space not being great. But the fact is, I'd rather watch either of those episodes of the files than any episode of any show.

I didn't like Space either. It's one I skip when I'm watching through the seasons. I really don't like Fight Club and Hollywood AD irritates me in parts. I keep looking to see who wrote them and why they thought they were being so "cute".

There are so many truly humorous situations in the X-Files that make them human that when the writers force "a moment" it is really apparent.

He called Scully a Sergeant for God sakes!

To be fair, Genderbender was in the first season, before there was a season to look back on and establish what the standard for X-Files episodes was.

Isn't Teso the one with the dead shaman? The one with the "goat sucker" was excellent.

Sorry, you're correct. Tesos was the one with the rats the magic potion. Not my favorite. I did like the goat suckers. The ones with the four fangs not two (Bad Blood).

I thought El Mundo Gira was the goat-sucker episode (which actually turned out to be a fast-moving contagion). Bad Blood was the town full of vampires. Very funny though.

Do you remember in Bad Blood where they both referred to the Goat Sucker and Mulder kept saying they had 4 fangs not 2 like the vampires?

I'm watcing the X-files right now and I can do without any episode with the horrible "Foul"ly and Jeffrey "the Whiner" Spender.

No wonder she was married to Tom Cruise. Was she a Scientologist also?

Found another one I don't really like, "Drive". Just no empathy for the characters. Am I cold?
