Jingle tells Jangle to take his socks off so they can be used to disguise Vixen as a dog. When Jangle is wearing his socks, they are red with black stripes. When the socks are placed over Vixen's ears, they are light brown.
The Mayor of Southtown runs out into the street while singing "It's Gonna Snow Right Here In Dixie" and sings to the townspeople who are passing by. One of the townspeople he is singing to is dressed as "The Tramp"-an iconic character created by legendary silent film star Charlie Chaplin.
The woman who Jingle and Jangle speak to when they first arrive in Southtown is dressed for winter wearing a full length coat and hat. In addition to that she has her hands in a muff despite the fact that Southtown is warm 365 days a year. Also, the woman's muff turns out to be a live cat.
The policeman gives Jingle and Jangle a ticket for, among other things, "wearing funny looking suits on a Sunday," but Iggy tells Mr. "Clous" that he saw his friends at school. Schools don't open on Sunday.
Mother Nature told Snowmeiser to let a little snow fall in Southland...but the real name of the place the snow needed to fall down was in Southtown USA.
In the pound while Vixen's sick she is seen with the socks still on her head. But before the man at the pound takes the thermometer out of Vixen's mouth the socks are for some reason gone but when Santa pays her fine the socks are back on her head.
Snow Meiser: Well Mrs. Claus how's your hubby?
Mrs. Claus: Well I'm afraid he's got a pretty bad cold, Snowy.
Snow Meiser: Awwww! Thats a shame the poor fellow...he should've come to see me..I'd would've given him a good one (Laughs hysterically)
