  • Thanksgiving.

It's Thanksgiving in Genoa City, giving us a chance to recap at a few latest events in our lives, but also beginning other storylines that yet have to make an impact on the show.

That storyline is, of course, the Hamilton drama. Tyra and Gil seem such an odd couple, but I bet now it will be even harder for them to ever be together. They didn't have time to develop their relationship enough for Gil to hide the secret, but I guess that was never the intention of the writers.

Newmans together were okay, I loved seeing Phyllis confused when Sharon came around. Meanwhile, the Abbott scenes were so boring that you don't need to be a scientist to realize that the marriage won't make it that long. However, I liked the other scene Jack had, with Victor in a cell.

I'm sad that Adam and Heather are being treated the way they are, but without conflict I wouldn't be as interested in them as I am right now. I absolutely enjoyed seeing Kay trying to make it as a waitress. She should take enough time off before returning back to her place. I loved how Esther finally stood up for herself.moreless

  • TRIVIA (0)

  • QUOTES (5)

    • Jack: I was gonna bring you a file inside of a turkey leg, but I figured the metal detector would catch it.
Victor: You won't think this is funny when my experts find your fingerprints all over the notebook.
Jack: Oh, no, I merely introduced Adam to a publisher. I had no idea what was inside that notebook. Imagine my surprise.
      Victor: Imagine.
Jack: You know what part I liked the best? When you wrote that the sky was the color of a bruise as you held Walter Palin's head underwater... very poetic. I didn't know you had it in you.

    • Phyllis: Uh, you're thankful for your fabulous stepmother, right?
Noah: (laughs) Yeah, and that she didn't cook this year.
Phyllis: Oh, yeah. Yeah, that's kind of true.
      Nick: It's kind of true.
Noah: Um, I am also thankful I won't be grounded much longer.
      Nick: Well, that's wishful thinking.

    • Victor: I wondered when you would show up.
Jack: I was reflecting on all the things I have to be grateful for this holiday season, and the image of you behind bars came to my mind.

    • Chloe: Oh, Daddy's a big C.E.O. we understand that he can't always be with us, our little kumquat. Hmm.
Jill: You're not gonna call that baby "Kumquat."
Cane: Why not, Mom? I think it's kind of got a little charm to it.
Esther: He's just pulling your leg, Jill.
      Jill: Gee, Esther, you think?

    • Nikki: Well, I can't remember the last time I slept so well.
Paul: Oh, I don't know. Maybe it was 30 years ago.
