If there were a contest between Sarah and Patty for Genoa City's most psychotic woman, Patty would win. After seeing her scream at the painting and then slash it, I thought, if that isn't psychosis, I don't know what is. Sarah was nuts, but she was merely out for blood, and didn't have delusions or talk to paintings.

Patty is even more psychotic than that. I can't believe she would drug Emily and then leave her for dead in a coroners office. I also can't believe that she's doing all of this just to be with Jack. She needs first of all to stay in solitary confinement for the rest of her life and second have that be the end of the storyline. The double thing is getting a bit old now especially since Sarah died. Too bad they couldn't go through with the double murders. That would have been interesting especially to see how Patty would react to hearing about Phyllis being killed. She can't keep a straight face for anything. I'm surprised it has taken this long for Jack to see that Emily and Patty switched places. I just hope that Emily gets out of this whole situation alive and is able to tell her side of the story. The we can move on.

First, I completely agree that Patty was way more psychotic... But I would just like to point out how amazing the actress that plays Patty and Emily is. She has done a fantastic job at both parts but she was very believable as Patty. Congratulations to her!!
