Something of a time capsule of the sixties, with a tarot reading hippie-chick withc, a VW bus, a warlock in a ruffled shirt, a coven... But it also, through all this silliness, has one of the more touching of Bronson's romantic liaison, with the eponymous Sibyl. Perhapas most importantly, though, his interaction with new Age mishigoss presents Bronson with the opportunity to explain his own beliefs in less portentous and pretentious a form than usual. He posits his free spirtuality to the superstition of the witches, his refusal of the facile mysticism that sees his appearance on a highway to help a stranded driver (Sibyl)a sign of destiny. And though his final exposition is a bit heavy on the mumbling of Parks ar his worst, the ideas are clear and sincere.
